（1）The layout of the whole line is reasonable, and there are external equipment sockets in suitable locations.
（2）Each system has its own man-machine interface, and relevant parameters can be operated on the man-machine interface.
（3）There are safety protection or warning or emergency stop in all dynamic running places.
（4）The input end of the total air source (with two-piece or three-piece) is equipped with a quick discharge device.
（5）The safety protection device should be interlocked with the operation of the equipment to ensure that the equipment cannot operate until the safety protection device does not work.
（6）All moving parts that are likely to cause injury are warned, or other protective measures are taken to avoid operator contact.

Description of the Equipment

Fully Automatic High-Speed Six-Head Rotary Capping Machine

Overview:

The fully automatic rotary high-speed capping machine designed with a rotary disc bottle feeding mechanism, the machine has a disc (bottle indexing star wheel) to position the bottles for continuous movement. It utilizes an automatic cap arranging machine, a cap conveyor track, and a cap placing head to automatically arrange, convey, and place caps on the bottles, followed by automatic cap tightening and sealing. Adjustable production speed through frequency conversion.

1. The machine fully automates the entire process, including bottle feeding, cap arranging, cap placing, cap tightening, and product conveying, ensuring seamless automation from start to finish.

Capping Machine Structure:

The capping machine’s base is mounted on the frame’s base plate, with base components securely fixed to the frame platform. The structure consists of several key elements, including the frame, base components, transmission device, transition gear mechanism, star wheel assemblies, anti-rotation bracket, capping head assembly, upper capping unit, protective doors, guide plates, bottle support system, main motor, and the lower capping retrieval device.

Working Principle:

As filled cups are transferred into the cup star wheel, the lids are dispensed from the lid dispenser and guided through the lower lid groove to the outlet. The lower capping retrieval system delivers the lids to the position directly below the capping heads. The capping heads collect the lids and lower them onto the cups. As the cups align beneath the capping heads, the heads descend and tightly twist the lids in place, completing the capping process smoothly and efficiently.
