The inside and outside of upper cover is polished with 300U ,all pipe are connected with sanitary clamp ,and the spray ball can be disassembled according to the demand.

| 7 | Mixer | The agitator consists of a frame-type external agitator with a scraper and a central paddle. The material of agitator is sus316L, and the scraper material is PTFE.Mixer speed 40~60r/min, frequency control, clockwise rotation. The stirring power is 4KW, the gear motor adopts Shanghai Guomao brand, model: GSAF77-23.87-4KW, shaft hole Φ50mm. The sealing of the stirring shaft adopts German Bergman mechanical seal. The fastening bolt of the agitator is made of SUS316L.

The surface of the agitator is polished 300U. It is easy to see the dead angle for easy cleaning. The force of the frame stirring blade on the material is downward, and the force of the center blade on the material is upward, so that the material is formed up and down and mixed sufficiently. |

This is an easy-to-use tool for capping plastic bottles – fast. It is connected to an air compressor and is very handy and portable.
The cap is placed on the bottle and the Pneumatic Capper is pressed on the cap. It is tightened pneumatically and stops once the set torque is reached. The tightening level of the cap can be adjusted with the torque adjuster provided on the tool.
