MAIN MACHINES

1) BOTTLE ELEVATOR

Description

Workers put the bottles into the elevator, sending the bottles into the bottle storage circle. (manually replenish the material every 20-30 minutes)

2) BOTTLE UNSCRAMBLER

Simple Description

It will rely on the disk centrifugal force to make bottles head to tail out of the centrifugal disk, with the exit of the multi-stage belt mechanism.

3) ROTARY GRAVITY FILLING MACHINE

Main Components

Bottle Feeding by Screw Rod

The screw separates the bottle and is installed the bottle entering detection, with no bottle and no cap. or the bottle is clogged, the machine automatically stops and alarms.

Capping And Pressing Claw Head

The claw heads for capping and pressing the cap adopt a two-claw structure, with an O-ring controlling the opening of the claw heads, and a top cylinder controlling the closure of the claw heads to grab the cap. The rubber strip in contact with the cap can be made of silicone or rubber material, which is wear-resistant and effectively reduces scratches on the surface of the cap. The claw head adopts a pin type quick change structure to adapt to covers of different sizes. The structure is shown in the following figure.

Clutch Device

All transmission points are equipped with clutch mechanisms, which automatically disengage and stop the machine when the star wheel gets stuck, or the spindle torque is overloaded.

Rejection system

The main methods for detecting non-conforming products are photoelectric and slot type switches, which use photoelectric to detect the presence of caps and slot type switches to detect crooked caps

5) ROUND/PUMP CAP ELEVATOR AND SORTER

Description

It is to arrange the disorderly flip top cap regularly by vibrating principle. The cap is outputted from the cap-feeding channel in an orderly manner, and the capping machine is grasped by the cap divider. The speed of the cap sorter is automatically adjusted according to the elevator. The sorter is automatically controlled by the capping machine interface, without manual adjustment.
