This automated lid placing and closing system offers precise and fast roll through closing for sealing friction and press on lids on plastic tub containers.  The Lid placer works efficiently on metal and plastic lids from a 50ml to 1L tub. Individual lids are discharged from an in-feed via suction cup and transferred to the top of the filled container, the container is conveyed through a rotary star wheel before passing under the closer, ensuring the lid is seated properly prior to entering the closer.

This system works perfectly on cups, deli-tubs, or buckets with metal or thin plastic lids missing the rigidity needed to be handled by a vertical stacking unit. Changeovers are quickly accomplished.

Fully automating your in-line filling operation with an automated lid placing system engineered to dispense and position lids (before closing) on filled containers increases productivity and reduces labour costs.

SELF ADHESIVE LABELLING MACHINE_LB124_OVERHEAD LABELLING

Overhead labelling machine the LB124 automatically labels onto bottles, flat containers or boxes. The top labeller able to label tops of containers come with a conveyor belt and have synchronised but variable speeds of up to 30m/min with optical label detection and are able to handle label reels up to 250mm diameter by 115mm wide. The LB124 for top labelling is compact, versatile and reliable. It has been developed and designed based on the modular technology kit, meaning it is quickly ready for use at all times. At the same time, no top labelling challenge is too great for this machine.
